Writing is important because it is used as a form of
communication. It allows one to express themselves on paper instead of
verbally. The profession that I am going into requires me to write memos and
prescriptions. I have to learn how to write and use good communication skills
because based off of what I write lets people know what type of medicine they
should take and informs people of important circumstances that may come up. My
writing skills will have to improve because I will have to learn to write on a
professional level. There is a distinct difference in the way you write in
school from when you get into a profession, no errors can be made because it
makes you seem to lack communication skills and professionalism. In the medical
field doctors have certain languages that they speak especially in the form of
writing, not knowing how communicate via writing or talking expresses that
you’re not able to speak the language So
it is almost vital that I learn how to write and be able to use good communication
skills.
